Healthy pregnancy course
Increase your chances of conception
At Healthy Pregnancy, we understand the struggle that couples can go through when it comes to subfertility. Our mission is to empower couples with the information they need to increase their chances of achieving a successful pregnancy. We specialize in the symptothermal method, which is a natural family planning method that helps couples identify the most fertile days in a menstrual cycle. With our guidance and expertise, you can become more aware of your unique fertility patterns, leading to a better chance of conceiving.
About the program
Healthy Pregnancy Course includes training in the sympto-thermal method with a focus on achieving a pregnancy. Combining temperature and mucus tracking helps couples identify ovulation and optimize their chances for pregnancy.
According to the German study the pregnancy rate of subfertile couples seeking to become pregnant for 1-2 years, after fertility awareness training increased to 56%.
